I was stranded! They have no front desk staff and do not answer phone calls. When the key card failed to work, I was locked out of my room and unable to access my belongings including medicine or wallet. Worst experience ever.

Nobody was manning the front desk, but they had a ring doorbell to signal someone. The receptionist was nice. Our room was so humid that the floors and surfaces were all wet. There were bugs in the bathroom and overall the smell of the hotel was a mixture of weed, cigarettes and mold. Bed was decently comfy but it only had two small pillows to use. Although this is a budget hotel it still doesn’t meet quality standards.

No elevator so that could be a problem. no ac inside rooms which is unfortunate if you’re here for a livestock event and you’re in the heat all day. towels and bathroom were dirty. bed was not cleaned. staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. do not recommend staying here if you want an enjoyable stay!

Got locked out of my room when both cards stopped working..no staff at the desk..no one answered the phone..when I knocked on the guy's door who lives at the motel he told me not to ever do that again after id been in the lobby for 9 hours. Do not stay there..

This hotel its really old in bad shape the rooms have small roaches and some of the outlets have wires exposed the pool wasn't working and they let people smoke everywhere it smells like a bar its bad all the way around!

Worst hotel with very misleading photos. The pool was half full with standing water that had scum and trash on the surface. There was a ziptie to even go in, but anyone with two brain cells wouldnt attempt for their own self preservation. Gym? Comparable to one you may find in a jail or prison. There were cockroaches, water stains, mold, screws sticking out of the furniture, no light bulbs, no toilet paper, no towels, no blankets. There were cigarette burns in the curtains. Nothing was put together properly, such as the baseboards missing, the cracked caulking around the tub, the crack in the sink, and the bread tie that was required to keep the bathroom light on. There are people living in a portion of the hotel. They yelled over the barking dogs at us to try to speak with them from down the hallway that smelled of Marijuana. The doors on the outside of the building have keycard boxes but they are not needed to open the doors that are kept unlocked all the time. Front desk was kind enough to give us a room with ac, but said that some dont have ac units and would be 70 degrees plus. Don't worry, they would provide a fan. The entire place looks like something out of the movie Backrooms. No joke. Yellow walls, turns everywhere... Do not stay here. You've been warned.

Staff didn’t speak English, had to use a translator to communicate. Pool was half full of water and couldn’t swim. Found a roach in our bathroom. Stayed for 1 night and chose to leave. Still waiting on a refund.

So the rooms dont look anything like the pictures at all. The entire hotel is filthy and stinks, their pool is gross and I booked for 7 days for work got sent home early and was completely refused a refund or credit or anything. The lady at the desk told me theyre closing in a couple months and I hope so because this place is beyond garbage

We left our room to go smoke a little after midnight. We were locked out. Upon\nReturning to our room , we found that neither of our keys word , we were locked out of our room with all of our stuff , except for the car keys inside that was our money , our clothes , our personals , everythingb There is no attendant, no security, no human being of any sort at that hotel from 9 PM. Until 9 AM, nor is there any way to contact anybody at that hotel? Whether it be someone on call the website number, the number they post at the desk. The number that's listed in our phone book. You cannot reach anybody if you leave a voicemail, you will not get a return call. It is not a safe place to be.I warn you do not stay here and upon being blocked out, I slept in my, we slept in my car and while we were sleeping, the police can and runners off because they didn't think we had a room there and were loitering, so we also had police involvement and then they promised they would fix it, I explained it to Expedia, where I booked it and Expedia, sent me an email saying that they were unable to reach anybody at the hotel of any level of management, whether it be from the hotel, the website or anywhere other numbers that they currently post, claiming to be current numbers. That you can get assistance with, and that is simply not the truth. I went back for a second stay because I thought they were going to rectify what they had done. And instead, after spending the money on another room because I

Didn't make it till 10pm room was dirty had to clean bath tub my self found stuff underneath the bed and desk and the main reason I booked here was the pool but it was not working when we got there and they didn't even tell me even though I requested a room right on the pool would stay there again but most likely will try to find somewhere better next time
