Cockroaches everywhere on my head while I was asleep that’s what woke me up. I didn’t even get under the sheets. This room is dirty and it’s nasty. Then I go to the restroom. There’s cockroaches all over the floor now I have a fear of taking them to my home. I want my money back.

There is mold all over the bathroom. Unsafe wiring for AC. The Ice machine didnt work, the pool is emtpy. They dont dont to any sort of breakfast as they claim. Roaches in the room. And would allow for any sort of discount or refund as the booking was through Expedia.

This is not a hotel that I’m going to recommend to anyone most of the staff could not speak. English hotel rooms are small. Roches were spotted in the rooms. no one was there around to accommodate your guest. On one occasion fire alarm came on at 3 AM till about 4 AM in the morning..

The only good thing about this place is the beds are comfortable, we booked a room with one bed and they gave us two, when we asked to switch they told us they couldn’t do anything about it (even after I paid extra for a king bed). Our air conditioner was broken so it was insufferably hot all weekend, there were bugs in our bathroom and the sheets were dirty asf. Overall a pretty bad stay

It was clean but lacked extra towels, the bed needed a warmer bed spread, no Kleenexes in the bathroom where there was a spot for a box built into the sink counter, microwave was on a luggage rack, and the indoor swimming pool was empty outside was very dark a night, the entry door lock was broke so anyone could enter the building besides motel guest and they hadn't mowed what needed mowing around the parking lot
