「La douche dans la salle de bain est cassée et le siège des toilettes a un problème et a presque glissé.Le plus ennuyeux est que j'ai réservé en ligne pour 3 nuits, mais je n'ai pas eu de chambre quand j'y suis allé.J'ai séjourné dans un autre hôtel pour la dernière nuit trop pauvre」

「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」

「Chambre spacieuse et propre, mais mal isolée (porte vers l'extérieur qui laisse passer demain froid) et le chauffage à 22 degrés.. on l'a descendu à 20. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner : dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'oeufs brouillés. Le lait demandé m'a été servi tiède. Jolie déco. 」
