No idea how to cook them (and stop continued cooking in shell). No egg cups, no appropriate spoons. Told me I shud order hard boiled! Not even close to being a 2nd option and honestly they didn’t care about our satisfaction level. Won’t go back to hotel if I can’t get a simple breakfast. "
