「They are not accommodating at all I booked for myself and my 11 year old and 15 year old. Conning from the USA about 5 hours away I got they don’t allow kids under 16 and I have to pay extra for them to stay there. No where does that say it on the booking form or info page. Then got told I should be luck to get a refund. Would not recommend this place at all 」

「Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. 」

「Unsafe parking, poor neighborhood, rundown establishment, grubby. Very low end. We walked away and found somewhere else to stay. 」

「I got scammed by the hotel. I booked and it was confirmed, I paid, when calling for directions the reception said it was full and there was nothing they could do and that I must contact customer services for a refund. Customer services rejected the refund request 」

「The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even...

「A little bit old fashioned, but very friendly and clean. Excellent Bed. Spacious and clean bathroom, could need a little fresh up. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Excellent and quiet situation. Near to different touristic places.」

「Would highly recommend Erinvale! Lovely experience across spa, room, dinner, brunch. Only shortfall was disorganisation around transportation from hotel to the golf course.」

「We had a lovely stay at Acara. The host was a joy to converse with and very accommodating. The location was excellent and made it easy to visit many vineyards, beaches, and shopping in the surrounding area. The views of the mountains, vineyards, and horses from our cottage were also a highlight. We look forward to visiting again! 」

「Super tolles, schön eingerichtetes, sauberes, großes Zimmer mit allem, was man sich wünscht, inklusive Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse. Man merkt, dass die Ausstattung von höchster Qualität ist. Das Personal ist super herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist wunderschön weitläufig und lädt zum schlendern und entdecken ein. Die indischen Laufenten waren ein absolutes Highlight. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend, ebenso wie das Wein Tasting.」
