"Hotel was recently bought by a different management company that released many of the previous staff leaving them shorthanded. They have an airport shuttle bus parked outside, but had fired the driver so they don’t have shuttle service but are only a couple miles from the airport. "Great spot to stay if you’re going to Buffalo for shopping, a concert or a Bills Game. Tons of parking on site. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (room 212!)"
