Only one staff person onsite when I checked in at 7:00pm, she was very nice couldn't show me to my room and my door code didn't work and had to walk back down the hill to the deck to get a new code. I typically try and stay in the top few most expensive rooms in an area, so I have a high-quality room. This was the most expensive room available in Anniston Al when I booked it, but I should have stayed at a Hilton or Marriot. "

"Parking was good, great breakfast food. The property only allows one small trash can in your room. That was an inconvenience. And when I asked about it , they didn't even offer to give me one. They say we're only allowed to have one trash can per room. It was very small, so we had to leave our trash. On the desk"

"this was pretty much exactly what you would expect. The only reason I can’t give the staff five stars is because the host was so clearly incredibly sick. I felt bad for her having to be there, but I also felt the need to stay as far away as possible and sanitize the key card she touched"
