「The hotel is very old. They’ve made recent renovations which were obvious but it could have used more updated appliances and amenities. The comforter was dirty with a stain on it. The tv was outdated and small. The bed was also very creaky and not terribly comfortable. The air conditioning in the room made a high pitched noise all night and the noise from loading trucks outside every morning was loud.」

「The pool is freezing. There was clearly a leak in the ceiling that had left a huge bubbled area over the middle of the pool and several other bubbled spots. The women’s sauna did not work. Parking is not free even though the lot is huge and there are several other hotels in the area that have free parking and lastly the internet is also not free. Who charges for internet in 2026?!? If you need to stay in the area go across the street to the Drury Hotel or choose any other hotel. Very...

「One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a yummy bonus. We were there Fri and Sat night and the person running the breakfast was on point and super kind. The room was quiet and we slept well. The parking is great being all around the building with easy access. My sister and I enjoyed it so much that when we come back to Boulder in a couple months for another event we set ourselves and other family up to stay...
