「Our room was very clean and had a great view. However the wifi never worked and when it did it was very spotty. They have a sign in the bathroom that hot water for shower is limited to around 7 minutes which is VERY accurate. We didnt see that and were upset that we had to rush to shower and wait for it to recharge before the next person could shower.」

「The rooms were cleaned every other day. For us they skipped a cleaning day so the trash was over flowed. The toilet paper ran out. The automatic currents did not work. Had to use a paper clip, that someone else left behind to get sunlight in the room.」

「The lobby is under construction you have to walk all the way around. Im in a medical boot so it was almost 1 mile from parking lot around to the lobby. The waitress at the restaurant was so rude. We waited 5 minutes to be seated and the bartender said to take a seat so we choose a table. Than the server shows up totally rude that we were already sat.」

「The hotel was great. Only complaint was the ice machine was out of order--but I was able to go up one floor and use that ice machine.」

「One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a yummy bonus. We were there Fri and Sat night and the person running the breakfast was on point and super kind. The room was quiet and we slept well. The parking is great being all around the building with easy access. My sister and I enjoyed it so much that when we come back to Boulder in a couple months for another event we set ourselves and other family up to stay...
