"This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would stay there every time! The staff is so gracious and lovely, the rooms are clean and so comfortable, and it’s a perfect location to walk to downtown which is quaint and filled with wonderful eateries!"
"This property needs work. The room was dirty some of the towels were dingy and old. The floors and sink and bathrooms seem to be the only remodeled for the hotel. To be nice location around food and shop areas hotel did not come up to normal standards. The lady at front desk was the nicest and most respectful person. "

"My room was fantastic. Only negative things are check out time needs to be later, need more variety for breakfast and parking should be included and not paid.

"We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I already have been talking about if we was to ever come back, this will be the hotel we’re gonna stay in and we will also be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. Thank you so much for making our short trip that much pleasant.
