Superb hotel!

This is a superb hotel with a beautiful interior and very tasteful furnishings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when passing through the area.

Charming hotel. We loved our first floor room with terrace overlooking the garden. Very comfortable bed, nice linen, efficient and quiet aircon. The town is very pretty, we could have stayed longer but are en route to the south

The stay was great but the only négative was that there was no proper shower. Just a bath with a hand shower but not even a shower curtain to prevent the water from going everywhere.

Bel hôtel, avec une décoration qui se marie très bien avec cette belle batisse d'époque. Petit bémol, l'insonorisation des salles de bains et le petit déjeuner un peu cher. Je conseil egalement le tour complet du village

Personnel agréable même si souvent la réception est désertée. Le rapport qualité prix en revanche laisse à désirer : une chambre sombre, vieillotte, sans bureau avec du mobilier daté, une fuite au niveau du robinet d’eau chaude du lavabo. Bref, pas vraiment à la hauteur… il n’y aura pas de deuxième fois.

Sejour sympa... mais... chambre pas tres grande... un coin Bain derriere le lit... (affaire de gout mais je prefere une salle d eau separee) un insecte mort sous l oreiller... douche impossible vu l espace ouvert!... Le reste etait parfait.. accueil, cadre, personnel serviable....

T’es bel hôtel mais le service doit s’ameliorer

Très belle chambre avec une belle décoration. Hôtel très bien tenu. Mais il n’y a qu’un seul accueil pour deux établissements et si vous êtes en ville vous devez aller à 400m pour le checking. Pas d’appel téléphonique pour prévenir de cela. La chambre a été faite mais la bouteille d’eau n’a pas été renouvelé et pour une chambre double , nous n’avions qu’un seul sachet de thé et une seule dosette de café ou une de décaféiné sans lait (non renouvelés aussi)…

Arrivée compliquée, les propriétaires ayant 2 établissements. La réception et le restaurant (pet. déj.) sont déplacés en été dans l'autre hôtel, proche à pied, une fois que vous avez les informations (parcours charmant dans le centre de Châtillon), mais pas en voiture : les Jardins de la Tour. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus. Parking également aux Jardins. Sinon, parking sur grande place devant hôtel, mais pas le samedi pour cause de marché. Hôtel de la Tour, de charme, certes, mais un peu sombre et besoin de rénovations. Notre chambre n'était pas de 1er choix, dommage, si l'on en juge par les photos vues avant réservation, pour un prix assez élevé. Propre et accueil agréable. Les Jardins de la Tour sont bien plus agréables, beau bâtiment dans un parc, vraiment charmant. Chambres à tester...une prochaine fois ? Magnifique village fleuri de Châtillon sur Chalaronne.

Hôtel ne correspondent pas à la réservation.

Très déçu, hôtel de la tour fermé pour travaux du 12/05 au 18/05, sans aucun avertissement, redirection vers hôtel jardin de la tour à 200 mètres, rien à voir avec notre réservation, chambre très petite et sombre, sdb minuscule, ampoule électrique grillée,pas de wifi, malgré réclamation, portail électrique bloqué, attente de réparation de 1/2 heure pour pouvoir sortir et aller manger,complètement excentré du centre ville par rapport à l'hôtel réservé. Nous déplorons de ne pas avoir été averti avant et malgré nos informations à la direction aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé, ni même un soupçon d'excuse. Se sera sûrement notre dernière réservation par hôtel.com, d'autant plus que l'hôtel de la tour était encore réservable sur le site alors qu'il était encore en travaux jusqu'au 18/05, inadmissible nous en avons fait part à la direction, manœuvre qualifiable de tromperie commerciale.Si toutefois hôtel.com désire faire un geste, il serait le bienvenue, mais devant un tel désagrément je ne m'abaissererai pas à vous le demander, c'est à vous de revenir vers nous. Je tiens à votre disposition des photos de l'affiche prouvant que l'hôtel de la tour était en travaux, ne pouvant vous les envoyer par le lien indiqué. Cordialement.

Un enregistrement déplorable : accueil peu aimable et attribution d'une chambre non conforme à notre réservation car non climatisée. C'est seulement après l'intervention d'une personne d'hotels.com et près de deux heures d'attente que nous avons pu obtenir une chambre climatisée.Nous avons apprécié le charme de cette chambre et de l'hôtel en général ainsi que le petit déjeuner dans un parc agréable. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel car nous avons été choqués par la mauvaise foi de l'hôtelier.
