Reception staff and breakfast was really good. The bedrooms were a bit basic and needing an update, very old and a bit unkept. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was continental but a good choice available. Ample parking although very busy and a chance if you arrive late of not getting a parking space.

AVIS PREMIERE CLASSE POITIERS FUTUROSCOPE

Porte d'entrée non isolée, chambre donnant directement sur la voie rapide ....... PORTE A REPARER (jour de 2 cm, porte voilée) Chambre 177. Nuit du 30/07/2025. Conclusion très bruyant, repos mal assuré. De plus, cendrier extérieur devant la fenêtre, donc impossible de pouvoir aéré/rafraichir => à déplacer bien plus loin sur l'escalier central d'accès aux étages.

La literie était confortable mais la poussière et le ménage sous les lits laissait à désirer, nous avons demander deux fois à ce que les miettes trouvées sous les lits à la base du mur (laissées par des clients précédents) soient nettoyées mais malgré le passage de l’équipe de ménage sur deux jours consécutifs, les lits étaient faits mais les miettes étaient toujours présentes.

Je recommande

Personnel professionnel, hall et salle très spacieux et propre. Chambre propre et confortable avec sanitaire et salle de bain. Climatisation. Sensibiliser les clients par rapport au bruit serait un plus (des panneaux "Chut! Zzz") car la nuit à était compliqué.
