"Great hotel"

"Nice facility with hot spring spa onsite. "

"Everything was excellent "

"Good buffet style of meals,"

"Great service, peaceful and beautiful location."

"Hotel was very good especially when driving out of town to Alishan. The area has limited stores and restaurants in the area except a 7-11 and a gas station. Room was excellent and the fitness room was useful, however, mats and a cable machine would have made it better."

"Nice place to relax, friendly staff, nice taiwanese breakfast, 15 mins drive to city center"

"Check in was easy. Facilities were better than others in the same area. Breakfast was great."

"Although English was not their strongest language, these sweet people went way out of their way to help me check in. And the buffet breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I ever had, and I've traveled extensively."

"The kid theme room is amazing. My 1-year-old baby runs around once we enter the room. The facility is well maintained and clean. Strongly recommend family with kids to stay here."

"The hotel and room are “basic” but serve a very practical purpose if you’re in Chiayi or doing a tour to Alishan. The shower is powerful too and the bed and pillows were amazing! The room looks old, but it’s perfect what a decent sleep!"

"The location within the park is wonderful - allows early morning solitary hikes - before the tour buses arrive. Hiking again around noon or after is also better as the tour groups are more spread out throughout the park. The buffet was really good!"

"As advertised. Extremely clean & spacious rooms, with a great landscape outside."
