Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. "Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "
