We pulled up to the property in a cul-de-sac and decided not to stay. The property had some pretty shifty looking people working on cars who stared at us as we pulled in, the outside had trash everywhere, the outside of the property was not kept up, we saw a whole window out on the bottom floor, kids were out playing on the street on bikes- obviously a whole community of families were living there, homeless people hanging out in the woods and by the hotel. I am sure it was lovely inside and the staff was probably pretty nice but we did a hard pass on this one and ate our nightly rate.

Beware and stay far. This used to be an old extended stay with legacy tenants transitioning to a motel 6 studio 6 apparently in a ghetto neighborhood. It is difficult to cancel and get your money back once you see the property and try to escape. Surprisingly my room was very clean with new sheets and blankets no towels an extra $10 charge for service per day non-working TV holes in the wall freshly covered with patching surprisingly no roaches the hallway rugs look 20 years old and smell like it good luck with this one Expedia should be ashamed to list this property. Giant holes in door from old locks anyone could reach through and open your door.

The property reeked of marijuana. The rooms looked liked someone use the floors for a restroom. The door casing of the room o was supposed to stay in looked like it had just been kicked in and busted. There was a police officer serving someone an eviction notice as I was checking in. After telling them I would not be staying there the front desk clerk said she would put a note in for me to be refunded. Don’t not believe the pictures online!!! They must be done using AI. Now fighting with Expedia to refund me because they claim they can’t get in touch with the front desk!!! Absolutely horrible experience for my first time with Expedia!!!

This place was absolutely terrible. I checked in and checked out immediately after seeing the building and my room. The traffic of people were shady and the room was dirty. The sheets had stains, the floors were slippery and dirty. The hallways and room smelled funky and the other guest were loud.

My check in was a nightmare. My room was not ready. Apparently there was no house keeping on the property so several rooms were uncleaned including mine. People were in rooms unaccounted for. There was a sticky substance on EVERYTHING. A TERRIBLE SMELL throughout the whole building. I do not recommend anyone staying here!

Disgusting place inside and outside. We arrived at 2am and no one was there to check us in just a note on the cage pulled down over the front desk. At 7 people waiting in the parking lot. Lobby smells like garbage and cigarettes. Super sketchy hotel nothing like advertising. No one ever came back so we had to find a different hotel. I want a full refund.

Low prices at this hotel are false do not book it if you can afford to stay here you can afford to stay someplace actually nice.
