We came as a group of 9 (5 men and 4 women). The hotel rooms were large enough and comfortable for our large party size. The complimentary breakfast was reasonable and included meats, eggs and grits. There was plenty of seating for breakfast and in the lobby. There was lots of dining in walking distance. Fitness center was also nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was a staycation for me and the room was cute and comfortable! The ladies at the front desk were very polite at check-in and check-out. The hotel was very nice and the room was perfect. The bed slept well and the couch was comfy as well. We definitely would have enjoyed a microwave but was no big deal. I would definitely be doing another stay!

We have stayed at this hotel before and we like it, because it’s close to UNCC and the rooms are so big, bathrooms are new and clean. If I have to say something we don’t like much, would be the breakfast, which is very disorganized, staff kind of rude and the food doesn’t get replaced frequently enough, besides the fact the it is a bit pricey.

The room was nice and spacious, but could have been cleaner. A lot of noticeable things left unclean. The staff was nice and the location was convenient.

A very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place to visit family in the area. The hotel was immaculate, rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. I would return if in the area again

Very clean and in a great location with lots of parking! Very friendly staff! And the breakfast are excellent! My only regret is that I forgot to take cash out to leave a tip!

Third year in a row staying at this hotel and still the best service ! So friendly and accommodating. Only small issue was with the wifi this time around not sure why . It wasnt working for a few of us in group while others worked fine. Will be back next year !

Excellent Hotel
Trip was amazing hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, food is excellent and they have late night snacks, my stay was very comfortable. Hotel was located in heart of everything, restaurants and shopping areas. Love the fact hotel has it where late hours you can not enter without room key to get into front door of lobby, its locked. I will be returning for my birthday in May and i would highly recommend this hotel.

We had to take a dirty handicap room because my granddaughter couldn’t use a shower when we paid for shower /tub combo room. We learned all regular room has shower. We was there for my sister’s wedding and my .7 year old granddaughter was the bell ringer and here hair had been done professionally .

Hotel was very clean. The staff is amazing! The only thing that needs some attention is the beds. The mattress in room 601 is worn out, on one side. My back was killing me, for that two night stay. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints.

This was a great experience and wonderful hotel. The staff are professional and extremely friendly. All questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The room was clean and the cleaning crew was wonderful. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to family and friends!!
