It snowed the night we were there and was very cold. The showers had no hot air water so that was a bummer. Great to be so close to airport and nice transport van. Front desk staff very cheery and helpful and profuse apologies about water issues.

Quality Inn Charlotte Airport
Front desk staff would announce room numbers with other guests around. While the staff person covered all the basics, it sounded like a script. Airport shuttle was great and convenient. Sonesta Select Charlotte University Research Park
Hotel was ok. Website stated there was breakfast but there was not. That was the only downside because I had to spend extra money to buy it. Staff told me to at they didn’t with no explanation. Hotel was in a very convenient area and close to everything.
