「This hotel is a lovely, historic hotel in downtown Louisville. The hotel is very inviting and grand, when you first enter. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. The room was very clean but some of the maintenance was lacking overall in the hotel. Ceilings were chipping in various areas along with some doors. This is to be expected in a historic hotel though and is understandable. We ate at the Lobby Bar and Grill and the food and service...

「The first night, I was in Room 210 on the front of the hotel. While the room has an interesting layout, its location directly over a ‘Biker Bar’ led to very loud motorcycle noise until 2AM. Thankfully, the desk person, Pamela, was able to move me to a quiet room in the back of the hotel for my second night.」
