"Our bed was broken, half of the electrical outlets didn’t work, they didn’t even have breakfast one day because “the truck didn’t run”, we asked for clean towels and were told they didn’t have any, the ice machine was out of order, we didn’t even get trash taken out of our room the whole four nights ..."
