"This stay was in between north and south goa. So it felt very quiet and safe. Although, a bit of travel to attractions. Loved the room, and quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited but delicious."

"This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again."

"We stayed at Treehouse Neptune, Panaji for 4 nights. Rooms are of a decent size and offer good overall comfort. Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark. "I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. "Well, This hotel is not a 4 star by any means, Staff is very good no doubt, they helped me when needed, But there travel Desk Trying to Rip me off whenever they got chance, this time india was suffring from Demonatization and i needed to book Taxi from hotel only due to cash Crunch, but They charge me every time Heavy sum. Even on last day when i needed to go airport they charge me for a taxi for whole Day!!!!, So overall felt cheated ! Lights in night get of every time they needed to...
