Our stay at the Gran Melia Xi'an was nothing short of perfection and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff is truly outstanding. At every turn, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. We were always greeted with a smile, and they were prepared to accommodate every request, which elevated our entire vacation experience. Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort.
