「Brilliant hidden gem in Guernsey. Food was brilliant- great choice especially for Gluten Free. Staff were so helpful.
We will definitely be returning!」
「The hotel is situated pretty much at the top of the island. This isn’t a problem because the taxi service is fine and it’s a wonderful walk. The only thing I’d say, though, about the hotel itself is that, while it is very clean, it is dated. The room where we stayed was an attic, essentially, which meant that it got pretty hot pretty quickly. The air-conditioning in the room was adequate, but not terrific.

「Great position with lovely views over St Peter Port Harbour, from our balcony and the dining room. The food in the restaurant was first class with an extensive menu and local fish and ingredients. Breakfasts were also excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay great. We could not fault anything.」
「Great reception team.
Room service very good
Spa area and staff very helpful
Breakfast was good and staff friendly and polite
Enjoyed the 3 nights we spent at Pierre Park」
「We really were impressed by the entire business. Staff , food , gardens , and our comfortable bedroom. The air con especially came in handy. We couldn’t fault the entire experience and would highly recommend it to anyone . Thanks all」

The bathroom of this room is adjacent to the street, therefore my wife did not feel safe using the bathroom. We talked to the staff and in fairness they moved us to a room on the top floor which was more...
「The room has lovely sea views but the carpet is heavily stained and the decor generally quite tired. The room was also incredibly hot despite being offered a fan by the helpful staff. It is a great hindrance that the windows cannot be opened more than a few inches.
For a hotel of this reputation and in this price range, air conditioning should be incorporated throughout.
The ground floor area and amenities like the pool are wonderful, as are the friendly staff.
The fabric of the hotel (e.g....
