「No complaints, enjoyed every minute. What a view! So peaceful! Thank you!!」

「Irene was so wonderful and so helpful. The location is absolutely perfect and the room was fantastic.」

「The room was cozy and above all cleanliness was tops!!! Kitchen was fully stocked, actually you don't need to bring any stores(oil,spices,jam..etc..etc) Supermarket / Bus Staion (to other town) within walking distance and the beach is just around the corner!!!.. Great stay and the gentlemen that attended to us via whatsapp was prompt and professional.. Thankyou....」

「Amazing property in an excellent location. Dining and drinks are just around the corner. A 2 minute walk will drop you right in the center of the old town. With a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a rooftop terrace, you will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anybody staying in Chania.」

「Was not able to contact host since morning of check in to access property would not answer telephone nor messages through Expedia or WhatsApp to give us access to property. I went to property and no one was there either. Contact Expedia and they could not reach owners either. I had booked property 3 days before and was non-Refundable After placing complaint with Expedia owners told them they had tried to call me and I did not answer which was false. Why would t they answer messages through...

「Big 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Nea Hora in Chania. Beach front. Very big and spacious, modern and clean. We were a family of 4. Each had our own room and bathroom. Some small annoyances: there were ants in the apartment. No cleaning , or change of sheets was offered in our 12 day stay. This needs to be adjusted in terms of policy. But would highly recommend. Also Elia reception gave us prompt responses on What’s up. 」
