Amazing property and staff going above and beyond. I have nothing bad to say. Grounds are meticulously manicured. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was great.Next time I would choose a room facing inside as opposed to the street.

The attention to detail in everything they did was remarkable. Konstantinos was very accomodating and welcoming in all of our interactions. He is also an amazing bar tender and put together some of the best cocktails ive ever had. Stefanos cooked amazing meals. The ladies at the reception desk assisted with booking one of my most unforgettable private sunset cruises and made sure all details were as they needed to be or better. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day whil we hung out by the pool and enjoyed the relaxing vibes of the resort. I will most definitely book here again when I come back to Crete.

A FABOULOUS Hotel A huge apartment, spotlessly clean and decorated in contemporary hues. Very comfortable bed and modern well appointed bathroom. Manicurd garden setting. A beautiful pool and restaurant. Very good breakfast. A bit of a walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) but worth it. Perfect Stay in Chania

We had an amazing stay at Zeus Village Resort. The room was stunning, modern, clean, and came with a lovely balcony that made mornings extra special. The staff really stood out. Everyone we interacted with was warm and professional. The bar team were especially lovely, friendly, fun, and fantastic at what they do. The reception team were also brilliant, always helpful, efficient, and welcoming. My wife had a massage during our stay and absolutely loved it. Great quality and excellent value for money. What really made it memorable was the personal touch, when the team found out it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of wine sent to our room. Such a kind gesture! The pool vibes were spot on. Beautifully maintained, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of great sun lounger options. And the breakfast? Incredible. Great variety, fresh ingredients, and genuinely one of the best resort breakfasts we’ve had. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay there at Zeus Village Resort!! From before check in to check out, the staff there was absolutely amazing, kind, and patient. They communicated with us and worked with consistent unforeseen changes when trying to book massages online and were extremely hospitable. The room and the pool area was very clean and had everything we could possibly need was provided. The free continental breakfast was a wonderful unique experience as it was full of food that we had never seen or tried before and set out very beautifully. They also hand make Omelets upon request which is a very nice touch. We had 6 people book massages and we were all extremely satisfied with the ladies care, attention, and effort in taking care of our health and body needs. Also huge shout outs to Dimitris and Sergios for their absolutely outstanding bartending skills. Their local Greek drink suggestions are highly recommended. Their customer service and even their overall conversation and positive attitudes were very appreciated! 10 out of 10 had an amazing experience at this wonderful resort!

Vraiment tres déçu. Des notre arrivée, la galere pour trouver une place. Cet hotel etait noté avec parking mais en fait il n en a pas donc il faut se garer a l arrache le long de la route, si vous avez de la chance pour trouver une place. Heureusement qu on ne restait qu une seule nuit. La salle de bain est tres mal faite. Il y a une baignoire qui sert que de douche puisque pas de bouchon, et la paroi est tellement petite, qu on met de l eau partout. De plus, la mousse et l eau ressortent par une bouche d evacuation situé juste a côté de la baignoire et des toilettes, ce qui mouille partout. Concernant la chambre en elle même, elle est de bonne taille mais le lit est vraiment petit (140 cm), ce qui est vraiment dommage puisqu il y a la place d en mettre un plus grand. La piscine est là mais personnellement, je ne la trouve pas tres grande et il y a des transats lits qui depassent au dessus, ce qui n est pas pratique. Le point positif : le petit dejeuner, qui etait tres bon

Hotel extremamente antiquado! Basta ver as chaves do cofre e do quarto para imaginar. Deram-nos um quarto no último andar (sem elevador). O hotel NÃO dispõe de garagem nem estacionamento. Os carros ficam na rua. Sempre houve vagas, mas muitas vezes bem longe do hotel. Quarto grande, espaçoso, mas extremamente mal climatizado, contando apenas com 2 splits velhos, que demoravam horas para estabilizar a temperatura. Além disso, bastava abrir uma fresta na porta da sacada, que o ar condicionado deixava de funcionar. A chave era presa ao cartão de funcionamento da eletricidade do quarto. Até agora não entendemos o motivo pelo qual é chamado de adults only, pois não tem nenhuma motivação para casais. Sequer jacuzzi aquecida tem! Área das piscinas bonita. Pelo menos no período em que lá estivemos, a faixa etária alta era absolutamente predominante entre os hóspedes. Café da manhã bem bom, mas com horário bastante restrito (8-10) para uma cidade tão notívaga quanto Chania, sobretudo no verão. Apesar de grande, a recepção fecha em torno das 22:30, e só reabre na manhã seguinte. Tanto é que nos chamaram na véspera de nosso checkout para pagar míseros € 12 de taxa de turismo. Inacreditável! Nossa cama eram duas camas de solteiro encostadas. Péssimo. O clima, a atmosfera do hotel é melancólica, em nada remetendo à alegria e energia do verão grego. Fizemos uma péssima escolha, pois pagamos caro. Não recomendamos este hotel a ninguém.

Otroligt bra service, lyckades tappa bort min plånbok under en bussresa varpå personalen på hotellet ringde runt bland bussbolagen och lyckades lokalisera den åt mig. Samtlig personal i både bar och reception är otroligt trevliga, fint rum med underbar utsikt, poolområdet är också väldigt trevligt. Vi var supernöjda med vårat besök.

Schöne Anlage, super zum entspannen. Kleines aber feines Frühstück. Das Doppelbett ist leider sehr klein (1.40m) und Klima gab es bei uns nur im Schlafzimmer und nicht im Wohnbereich. Sich tagsüber dort aufzuhalten war demnach leider nicht möglich. Das Bad ist etwas veraltet. Beim duschen muss man sehr drauf achten nicht den Badezimmerboden nass zu machen, weil nur ein kleiner Teil eine Glasvorrichtung hat.

Hotellille oli mukava tulla, kun vastassa oli ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Mukavan henkilökunnan lisäksi päivittäinen siivouspalvelu hoiti hommansa moitteita ja saatiin joka päivälle uudet puhtaat pyyhkeet. Aamupala oli laaja ja meidän lemppariksi koitui tuorepuristettu appelsiinimehu! Ryhmämme lempi aktiviteetti hotellilla oli altaalla makoilu isoilla aurinkosängyillä. Jos altaalle jäi pidemmäksi aikaa, sai altaan baarista tilattua helposti juomia ja ruokaa omalle paikalle. Parasta hotellin sijainnissa oli se, että se sijaitsee 15min päästä lähimmästä rannasta ja 15min taxi/bussimatkan päästä Chaniasta. Vastaanotosta pystyi myös varaamaan seuraavalle päivälle matkoja, esim. me halusimme lähteä kaveriporukan kanssa laivalle, joka vei meidät paikkaan x ja varaus hoitui helposti aulan kautta.

EXCELLENT !

Excellent moment de détente dans cette hôtel : grande chambre, belle piscine, personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Le bar a fait le bonheur de nos après-midi au bord de la piscine. Le restaurant du soir, un pur moment de plaisir pour nos papilles. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons avec un grand enthousiasme.

Mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma personaler, bra kommunikation till Chania town, ren pool och god frukost. Dock var deras sängar inte så bekväma då det lät varje gång man skulle vända på sig och sängen är 160cm bred. Kanske var bara vår otur att få en sådan säng men överlag var hotellet väldigt mysig. Kan starkt rekommendera.

Beautiful resort with brilliant staff

This resort is amazing, it is family run and so welcoming! They could help or more if they tried. Thank you for such a brilliant time. The suite is beautiful I would highly recommend!
