Lovely hotel. Huge apartment with three balconies. Made very welcome by Epas. Pool area very quiet and relaxing. Location for beaches is great all in walking distance. Agii Apostoli our favourite one. Bus stops outside to take you to Chania Old Town. Would recommend

Brilliant, relaxed holiday with perfect host

Epas and the team made sure we had a lovely stay at Elizabeth Suites. The suite and pool were fantastic and we were just a minute's walk from the beach and seconds from a good cafe/ice-cream place, shop and restuarants. We had a great family holiday and plan to come back again next year!

A wonderful 10 night stay at the Elizabeth Suites

A wonderful 10 night stay at the Elizabeth Suites. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help with arranging transfers and giving general advice. We are thoroughly pleased and have nothing bad to say. The pool area is clean and perfect for anyone looking for a less hectic stay, as it’s not too busy. The hotel is located literally 2 mins from the beach, with local shops and plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. 10/10 - Thanks ☺️

Nice, spacious apartment, air-conditioning in all rooms. Quiet inside. Outside quiet and calm except for seasonal cicadas. Service was exemplary, the host was most helpful and friendly. Try the breakfast. Nice beach one block away, bus stop one minute away. Great restaurant (Roots) across the street.

Our room at the Elizabeth Suites had a wonderful panoramic view over the sea a short distance away. That made the balcony a constant draw to watch the ever changing ocean. The property is clean and 5 minutes from a good sandy beach with, when we went in September 25, very warm sea! Epas is a great host and gave us lots of tips; clearly he wants each guest to enjoy themselves to the full. We ordered the breakfast which is freshly prepared by Stella who also shared excellent hints and tips with us. We chose not to drive into the centre of Chania Town but opted to take the bus (number 21) - the bus stop is very close to the property and this was a great alternative. We would very much like to return to the Elizabeth Suites.

Lovely accommodation in a nice area. The host, Epas, was very helpful. We stayed in the country apartment which was quiet and overlooked the pool. Very clean and spacious. The pool was lovely and it was nice to have a balcony to sit on overlooking the pool.

Beautiful hotel at a great location

It was incredible! We came during the off-season, so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite for absolutely no charge! The pool was so fun, and we were only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Everything about this place was fantastic! I highly recommend it!

We had a fantasy stay at the Elizabeth Suites. A very spacious and well equipped room for 3 adults with access to a quiet clean pool and easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Epas was very friendly and helpful, providing a delicious breakfast and helping with an airport taxi.

Fantastic family stay!

We had a lovely stay here for a week in the summer. The location was great with a very short walk to fantastic beaches and many great restaurants close by. We used the buses into the old town harbour both day and night and they were frequent and ran until late at night. The owner Epas could not have been more helpful and all other staff members were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fantastic. Thank you Epas and all.

We had a wonderful week at Elizabeth Suites, Epas is a welcoming and helpful host who can never do enough to make sure your stay is a good one. The suite was spotlessly clean, the pool warm and plenty big enough to cool off in. The suites are located within easy walk of the beach, bus stops in the main town Chania and several local and big chain supermarkets. All in all the perfect place to enjoy local beaches and restaurants or choose to go into the lovely town. Just a perfect week in Crete!

Great hotel in perfect location, very clean, Epas is the most amazing host, letting us feel at home, very responsive and helpful, the word “no” is not in the vocabulary! The breakfast is rich and super fresh and tasty with lots of local ingredients. The hotel is in central location and close to everything, best beaches and variety of good restaurants in walking distance, supermarkets in 2 minutes drive, reasonable driving distances to the western island big attractions. One downside is that in the weekend there was some noise from the traffic on the main road but it didn’t hurt the experience. Bottom line is that I could not ask for better hotel for our vacation!

The owner Epas is such a wonderful host. So warm and welcoming. The space we rented for a month was fabulous. It honestly was a home away from home. The location was perfect, everything is close by. When we come again, we will definitely be staying here again. The only thing i would add is a tv in the living room, but to be fair, we hardly stayed in! Ph and the cleaning staff need to be mentioned, they are always smiling and so so sweet! Keep it up, and best wishes for a great future. We will be sending our friends. Epas and his staff are all incredibly lovely and friendly. Epas was very helpful with our check in and airport transfer. The room was very clean on arrival, and we were given raki and some dessert, which was a very nice touch. We were made to feel very welcome, so it makes me sad to not leave a glowing review. The negatives are purely to do with the room. Firstly, the room that we booked was the panoramic seaview room. On the photos, it looks like it has a decent kitchen, normal bedroom and of course the gorgeous view. The view was good, but it also looks on to a very busy road - so there will be constant traffic noise. Also the balcony is joined to two other rooms, so to get the panoramic view, you have to look over your neighbours' balconies. The bedroom is an attic conversion which will be ok if one person is under 150cm and the other 180cm tall. However even then you have to watch not to walk into the ceiling light which is right in the path to the bed. Alongside the stairs to the bedroom, is the air con unit which means you can't use the full width of the staircase. Perhaps these issues would be less glaring if the mattress was not so uncomfortable. It was too soft, bouncy, and you can feel the springs. Any time anyone moves, the whole bed shakes. The kitchen was not as pictured. It is a small electric oven with some hot plate burners on top, and it sits in a cupboard by the wardrobe. I think more accurate photos would greatly help with expectations.
