Nice if you have a translator

Staff do not speak English so if you do not have a translator this is not the hotel for you. Booking on line from Canada can cause you problems if you do not have the booking number to give to them. You cannot use your name to obtain your reservation.

within walking distance from airport bus

flawless wifi in the room. very friendly staff. clean. every day fresh towels. within walking distance from where the airport bus drops off the travelers. it will definitely be my next hotel when i have to go to changsha

Unfortunately it took about 2 hours to check in. The staff did not understand english and could not find the reversation. I had actually had booked a room two weeks later, but decided to find a hotel with english speeking staff. I speek no chinese so this was a big problem.

ホテルは安価型のチェーン店ホテル。質素だが料金からすると納得。インターネットもできるし近くにスーパーもある。駅までもバスで1停留所で移動にも便利。ｴｸｽﾍﾟﾃﾞｨｱの地図は間違っており駅から10分の距離が1時間も迷いました。行くときは住所を頼りに行くことを勧めます。
