"Excellent location. Room was large and very good. Nice pool area with plenty of surrounding sun beds. Breakfast was great and selection was huge. Nice rooftop and sky bar with amazing views. Enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend!!!"

"This was our third time at the property. No complaints about breakfast, the rooms or the staff. However, I was surprised there were no longer any airport transfers offered by the hotel. Was told to get a taxi or a grab The other disappointment was the lack of knowledge of tour details. We specifically requested a day at an elephant nature reserve that had minimal walking to the sanctuary due to mobility issues. Was advised yes. This was correct. We got there and had a very steep trek down and then back up again. Was a great day with the elephants, but very annoyed with the lack of knowledge of tours. Perhaps staff need to personally experience these so as they are accurate in their promotion."

"I believe there are good intentions but the execution is lacking. Checked in and the staff told me I look tired and I should go take a bath. Cleaning wouldn’t take all our trash out and left their personal items. Hot tub on the men’s side was scalding hot when my boyfriend tried it. There wasn’t one thing that went wrong, there were multiple. Did enjoy their breakfast."

"We recently stayed at The Experience in Chiang Mai and found our stay to be overall okay, but with a few frustrations. The breakfast was decent—you’re able to choose one main item from a menu, with additional fruit and toast available buffet-style afterward. One issue we had was with our room. The original room we booked did not have a window, which was not ideal. Although there were upgraded rooms available (and the hotel seemed quite empty), we were still charged an additional 1000 baht to switch. This felt disappointing, especially considering how important something as basic as a window is for comfort. We also booked an elephant tour through the hotel, so we were surprised there wasn’t any flexibility or goodwill gesture when it came to the room upgrade, given we were spending extra money with them. Overall, the stay was fine, but a bit more flexibility and customer consideration would have gone a long way in improving our experience."

"Best hotel I've ever stayed at in south east asia while traveling. Room was upgraded for free. Room very clean. Ac cold. Drinks provided ( water, tea, coffee). Staff very helpful answered any questions I had. Would stay here again."
