"Clean. Obvious that owners are making improvements/upgrades. Nice touches like non-institutional bedding and towels. Check in was easy. Understand that wifi, an essential, is being worked on and owners were attentive to my concerns. Ate at the restaurant, excellent service, good burger."

"Very friendly place, our room smelled a bit, but once your in the smelled goes away, I think from having the door closed. Plenty of parking. Air conditioning works great. Motel is in walking distance to stores and resturants. Not the Hilton, but beds were comfortable. And a nice place to stay for sleeping."
