The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. 」

「We were greeted by Raphael on our arrival who was extremely pleasant, spoke excellent English and was very professional. Our room was overlooking the canal and was very clean and well equipped. 「Our room had a large sitting area separate from the bedroom area and two skylights that could be opened for fresh air or close the blind to sleep in and that more than made up for it having one slanted wall that’s so common with top floor rooms. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant. Everything was clean. It was a very easy walk from the train station, very near old town and a few blocks from the Christmas market. 」
