Basic hotel with no frills. Car park right outside, the bed was clean and comfortable and we had a little bathroom. No lift. Various restaurants within the vicinity and the ibis styles has a bar if you want a drink. Right off the motorway but the double glazing was excellent. 10 minutes into angouleme by car. Cheap hotel just for a quick stop over.

Don't go there.

We arrived late, after driving hours through a massive storm around Poitier, only to be "greeted" by one of the most unpleasant characters I had dealt with in ages ! We may have woken him up but that is no excuse for his general behaviour and insulting comments towards my wife and I. Breakfast was basic to say the least. No plates, curdled milk, some bread, no forks not "eating" spoons for the cereals. At least the cafe machine worked.

1) the Asia pacific looking female receptionist wasn’t friendly to me. Probably out of jealousy that I’m far more beautiful than her. She had bad attitudes to make things difficult during check in. She purposely gave me third floor room because she knows I have 3 luggages and there is no elevator while there are lots of empty rooms on first floor. 2) this place isn’t clean. I killed 4 bugs tonight and had multiple bumps on my body. The toilets have sh!t and the shower rooms are stink and flooding also dirty. When these 2 women receptionists are here they don’t clean anything. The bathroom and shower are already collective shared. These people wish guests here don’t use anything. In fact, the toilet was so disgusting this morning, so I had to go to McDo to use toilet.

la chambre est un peu petite mais propre, un coup de peinture sur les murs blancs serait pas appréciable. Sinon, c'est un F1, donc on sait quand on réserve. Voir pour un ventilateur pour de l'air, comme on ne peut pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit.

Un accueil rien redire , par contre nuit très compliqué quand vous avez de la musique dans une chambre jusqu'à 2h du matin ou même en ramant ca ne s'arrête pas . Petit catastrophique ..pain de la veille et sinon pain de mie complet... Pas de beurre a part du demi sel... 1 confiture ... 1 sorte de céréales... Et le lendemain encore mieux même pas de pain... Mécontentement avec le prix

Je connais bien ce type de l'hôtel, donc rien à raconter. Par contre j'ai une question concernant le prix. Quand j'ai acheté cette nuit, le prix affiché était 38 €. On m' a prélevé par carte 38.76 et j'ai payé encore à l'hôtel 5,78€, ce qui donne un prix final de 44.54€. Cela ne correspond pas du tout au prix affiché et je me sens vraiment d'une façon "escroquée". Vous n'avez pas droit de changer de prix entre la réservation et l'arrivée du client. J'attends un geste de votre part.
