Road trip stay

We stayed here for two nights, the room and bathroom were superb, facilities were excellent and just a short drive to Cognac. Very quiet at night, we enjoyed a very good nights sleep. Beautiful surroundings, well worth a visit. The owners were very helpful and friendly, helping with restaurant bookings and local information. Parking is available on site.

What a charming place to stay - our hosts were so kind - offered to make a light dinner for us to save having to go out and find a restaurant. Lovely accommodation in a tiny village - very quiet. The pool was a bonus on a hot day.

Le séjour au clos des lilas fut un séjour reposant. Tout est fait pour se relaxer, se reposer, profiter. Les chambres sont propres, neuves. La literie est un vrai cocon. Une vue reposante. La salle de bain offre un vrai moment de détente, très bien équipée : serviettes douces et repassées, sèche cheveux à disposition. Pour le petit déjeuner : des produits locaux, petit déjeuner gourmand pris dans le calme et très bien servis Alexandra et son mari sont bienveillants, accueillants et surtout ils sont au petit soin pour leurs clients.

L'appartement est très bien aménagé, et moderne. L'emplacement proche de la charente est idéal. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours à l'écoute des hôtes. Je recommande vivement le clos des Lilas !
