"We enjoyed our stay at The Whymper. The area was easy to find from the bus station. Reception members were polite and informative. Our room was as described and very clean. Breakfast was adequate and nicely laid out. We would stay again if in the area. "
"Stayed in room X which is on the top floor with a skylight and Mountain View from the balcony. Eight minute drive from downtown Chamonix but also the hotel is in a beautiful area (near a golf course) to walk. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel is convenient with outdoor seating. Loved every minute. "

"Lovely property with great great pool, sauna and steam room, often a shortage of towels. Think the lobby and main areas only get cleaned once a week as often look in need of a Hoover. Nicely furnished. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Rooms nice and spacious with fridge and balcony. Great location. "
