「I liked the cleanness of the room, but it was too warm in the room. The front desk personnel was very helpful, especially three female staff were super kind and polite. I would like to thank those ladies who helped me kindly. But the male staff was too rude to ask any questions. He was reluctant to explain about the use of the use of a restaurant and the menu orders. Over all it was a very nice place stay for a few days and relax.」

「Staffs were so friendly and room was very clean. Location was very good as it was next to train stations. However it was a little disappointing that air conditioning is not available during March and also we can not use lounge area of the building. Other than those 2 things everything was perfect. Most stores are within 5-10 min walk distances. 」
