Very clean room with the necessary amenities. Hotel even has a rooftop terrace with views over Daegu. Breakfast mainly had Korean options. It is convenient to the main train station Dongdaegu.

When we got there the daytime duty staff at the reception desk (only one staff at the reception desk) was no where to be seen. Waited for a good 15 mins before we saw her coming out of the bathroom! Left our bags behind the reception as it was too early to check in. When we checked into the hotel that evening, the room was so dirty and dusty that we requested for a change of room. Luckily the nice night shift staff, Ms Kim was so accommodating and kind and changed us to a much nicer and cleaner room. Thanks Ms Kim. The hotel should have a back up staff at the reception.

This hotel is a gem hidden within the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and softness of the bed. The amenities were really nice as well. The staff helped me with all of my questions and gave suggestions, when asked. I extended my stay at this hotel because it was really nice. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing to brag about, but you do get a variety of food choices. Highly recommend

객실에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다 새벽에 화장실이용하려고 조명 켜다 발견한거라 본인이 잡고 아침일찍 직원에 말했습니다 직원2명에게 말했으나 어떠한 대응도 조치도 해주지 않았습니다 호텔 응대 매뉴얼도 없는 건지 너무 실망 스러웠습니다 호텔에서는 방역업체 불렀고 오는데 한참 걸리는데 방역은 본인들 일이 아니니 어쩌라고 하는 식 응대였습니다 최소 불편하지 않게 임시 자체 점검및 소독이나 잠시 방을 옮겨 준디던지 방역을 하기전까지 호텔에서의 대응이 최악이었습니다 피해를 고객이 받는데도 그건 방역사항이고 외부 업체 불러서 호텔은 본인일 아니라고 바퀴벌레 나온 객실 그대로 사용하게 하는건 어처구니가 없었습니다 당사자는 새벽 시간이라 힘들까봐 억지로 참고 아침에 이야기한건데 배려라고는 전혀 없었습니다 다시는 찾지 않을꺼 같고, 다른 분들도 객실에 바퀴벌레 없는지 꼭 획인하시길 바랍니다 디럭스룸 욕실 미닫이 문 틈에 숨어 있었습니다 홈페이지에 불만 접수 하려고 했으나 홈페이지는 되지도 않고 엉망인 호텔입니다
