「The property was brand new, all the staff were very informative, and the location was perfect. The area is developing with new shops and restaurants getting added all the time. Free shuttle to DLP, short walk to Val de Europe shopping centre, nice park for the kids to play close by as well .」

「I knew going in it was going to be a 1 star hotel. Staff were very helpful, was cheap, air conditioning was OK, tv signal didn't work at all. Door didn't lock on toilet or front door. Bed was comfy . Unfortunately myself and my brother couldn't stay due to a sudden attack of ptsd that happened to my brother within 2 hrs of our stay. We tried getting a refund for our stay but expedia couldn't give us one.」

「櫃檯女士的服務非常親切，會很有耐心和顧客溝通，只是在下午二點到五點期間，旅館內沒有任何服務人員。房間內整潔舒適，只是浴室裡抽風機非常大聲，就算是門關起來，睡覺時還是覺得有點吵。旅館的位置離市區有點遠，從車站到旅館，就算是搭乘公車也需要再步行十五分鐘的時間。旅館旁邊有一間超市，買日用品很方便，旅館附近有一間KFC，也可以解決用餐的問題，整體住宿環境還算不錯。」

「The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.」
