We knew from the photos this place is looking pretty outdated, but the river views outside were great. It was as clean as the reviews I read promised and the beds were very comfy! The 3 queen option was perfect for our family. The biggest downside was that the walls are extremely thin. It sounded like our neighbors were in our room.

Nice clean old school room. For the price it is a great deal but don’t except the Ritz. First thing my wife said was it reminded her of the motel room in Planes, Trains, and Automobiles and that better be a pillow.

The air conditioning was very loud but functional. Rooms are dated but clean. We loved the location as it's right on the Missouri River. The staff was really nice and we enjoyed our stay.

This place needs some TLC. And the dogs in the parking lot were free roaming and a nuisance, with the barking. I was afraid to get out of my car. I almost cancelled my reservation, but I was very tired.

Great stay overall! The room was cozy, clean, and easily accessible. The host was very helpful, responsive, and even accommodated our late arrival. Breakfast was simple with a convenient grab-and-go option. Plenty of parking space available.

The location is great! The hotel looks a bit rough on the outside, but the room was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and fast to check us in. Dog friendly which is why we stayed there and that was great. We would stay here again!

When I approached the motel I was apprehensive, looks run down, some dogs were barking behind the counter, but the guy working there was very kind and helpful! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The best part was the riverview at sunset! Outstanding!

Beautiful view of the bridge. Property right in the water. Outdoor covered area for relaxing old building in need of maintenance on the exterior. Uneven parking lot surface. Previous property owner installed a ductless AC on an interior wall, installing the line set through the bathroom to the exterior with everything exposed and laying on the light over the mirror, but the AC was good and cold.

The room was very, very run down and not clean with dead flies, cobwebs, wall marks, dated, dirty carpet, icky old wall paneling, etc., however there was a flyswatter hanging on a nail on the wall for our convenience. It was nothing like the advertised picture. Felt like I was staying in a 1960s mobile home trailer, right down to the bottle opener in the bathroom. Front door had many scrapes and marks on it. We couldn’t wait to leave. Two doors down there was an extremely huge pile of dog poop in the parking area directly in front of where the people had to walk to enter their room. They marked it with a gallon jug so no one stepped in or tripped on it. This place was a doozie. The river view was beautiful, though.
