Stop by the Dignity statue and visitor center. The people helping there were quite informative about where to go and how to get places we hadn't even thought of in our planning.

The outside of the Bridgeview Inn itself was very run down and ill taken care of. The rest of the town wasn't bad at all other than a few other run down motels. Charley's had some awesome food.

You can walk across the street from the hotel to a local restaurant. My meal was very good. The hotel is very close to the river, and not far from the Dignity of Earth and Sky sculpture.

"This is a great hotel. The kids loved the water slide, but the bear and bucket features were not working. The chlorine was also super strong. It limited our time in the pool area. The room was very nice. It had an added room with a kitchenette and a pull out couch which our kids appreciated."
"Let’s talk about it. We rolled in here as 3 idiots driving from Pittsburgh to Sturgis and back to Pittsburgh and we had such a good time here that we went out of our way to stay here twice. This is the best dive bar / hotel we each have ever stayed at, we were so welcomed at this place and the locals were so much fun to hang with. This place is fantastic. We will all be back and can’t wait to see everybody. "
"I travel a lot and this facility was the cleanest room I have seen in a long time. Not just a surface wipe down, but the corners were clean and you could tell the details had not been missed."
