Although the room itself was nice, I noticed when I pulled back the curtains it was dusty like it had never been dusted before. I also noticed my floor hadn’t been swept during the daily cleaning. Staff was nice and keen to help. The pool was great but I wish they had an area with some shade.

This hotel is relatively new — a little less than a year since it opened. The facilities are great, they are bigger than the other 2 Blue buildings. Sauna, steam room, and ice bath on the first floor. All worked incredibly and so useful after training. The infinity pool is on the rooftop with amazing views. My room was spacious as I picked the one with a couch in front of the bed. Everything worked great, and the room was cleaned every time I had the button set to clean for the next day. They did an excellent job cleaning and always left 2 water bottles. The food at the restaurant is decent but small portions and they charge you for tax and service. Overall though, this is a great place to stay.

Bed was very soft it’s was a good stay a whole 12 nights and I’d do it again aircon was nice and cold plus the sauna and ice bath are good to have access too for free

Glass is broken on the balconies. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the next room unfolding in real time so be prepared if you decide to book a stay. Bring earplugs

Smell was bad sheets after being changed were dirty the hotel was only a year old felt like it was 10 years old rooms were bad poor furniture finish hated it wouldnt recommend to any one i know very poor.

É stata una bellissima sorpresa. Ci hanno dato disponibilità anche solo per una notte. La nostra destinazione era dall’aeroporto di Phuket al porto per phi phi island ma il considerevole ritardo di Vietjet ci ha costretto a rimanere in città. Abbiamo girato tanto, bussato e telefonato a tutti gli alberghi per strada…la risposta? Sempre no! Poi Expedia, e poi questa bellissima opportunità. Non è solo un albergo. Può anche essere un appartamento. Hanno pensato a tutte le esigenze. A me è piaciuto anche per l’assenza dí porte. Le pareti sono in vetro. E che vista. Mi sono svegliata con un cielo pieno di colori pazzeschi! Grazie davvero! Spero tanto di poterci tornare e..non solo per una notte. Top

Das Zimmer war relativ neu bzw. die Hotelanlage, wenn man das Hotelzimmer verlässt und auf Clean Up drückt reichen nicht nur neue Handtücher aus sondern muss auch mal das benutzte Geschirr mitnehmen und austauschen die Bettwäsche wechseln wir haben die Bettwäsche zwei mal aus der Decke und vom Bett gezogen auf den Boden geworfen damit sie ausgetauscht werden, allerdings wurde die gleiche Bettwäsche erneut benutzt Die Badewanne auf dem Balkon funktioniert nicht wir haben die Rezeption darüber informiert 3 mal es hat sich keiner darum gekümmert Das Frühstück war naja wir haben die meiste Zeit draußen gegessen Personal war freundlichen
