「This is a 5 star hotel at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough about the amenities. DIning area outside is in a beautiful courtyard, so lovely and quaint but very well maintained and comfortable. Probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in yet on our vacation」

Spending $700 a night means expecting seamless operational infrastructure, yet this hotel lacks 24-hour reception and round-the-clock room service. Great physical location cannot compensate for the restricted service and basic, uninspired room decor. The room interiors further expose the lack of premium standards—the decor feels basic rather than luxury, and the carpet is visibly run-down. A...
