「The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

「Clening girl was so nice and always welcomed us. The loft was so clean and everyday she came to remove garbage and ensure everything was okay. Good location but you need a car about 20 minute walk to Center Pucon. Above all safe secure grounds and loft was very y comfortable. Recommended 」
