Dear K'Pui and company, Sorry if we have made you feel uncomfortable during the stay. Please understand that the reception are not permitted to give key to any client until the client have made full amount of payment, the first 50% of the payment is only to guarantee the booking at least 1 week before the check-in date. And secondly, the client has made a very strong complaint to our view from our room and criticised us using the word "The owner is intentionally misleading the advertisement pictures from actual property / or lying to consumer" and requested for us to discount the price of the stay, which we denied. However, the client had apologised us and admitted that they did not open the curtain and step out to the balcony to see the sea-view (which we guaranteed that our room does provide panoramic sea-view).
