"The location is great. But if you arrive before 3pm, the hotel is closed, you will not be able to get in. Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator. "

"The wifi and tv didn't work. The sheets weren't clean. The Hotel is in the very centre of Orizaba and is therefore very good accessible by foot from the bus station and to all important spots of the city. "

"Convenient centro location. Property was clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable and relatively quiet. Everything worked. That said, TV froze a lot using YouTube. The Alexa vocal controls for lighting and climate were awkward so I just used physical/handheld controls. Lots of ghost lighting at night from various devices. There is no floor lip/rim to shower; despite my best efforts water spread to center of bathroom and around toilet base. I had to use floormat to wipe up excess water after each shower. Restaurant was convenient especially with heavy rains. Good service overall. Portion sizes vary greatly on the menu so I found it best to ask server ref each item. Refills are available for coffee in mornings but they must be ordered from the start a specific way. I used luggage storage at front desk for my late bus departure after check out hours. Staff was polite and professional."

"It was very loud you can hear everyone and everything. People don't respect others. Lots of tv noise. The rooms are so tiny and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our sheets were dirty. We asked to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn't give us a refund. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. No lock on the door. Feel very insecure."
