「El hotel es muy bonito, céntrico. Estaba preocupado por cómo sería el estacionamiento pero, el mismo personal del hotel se encargan de ello. Lo recomiendo mucho. 」

「El estilo de la habitación es hermoso. La señorita Luz fue encantadora, nos atendió con mucha cordialidad y nos hizo sentir cómodos. En la terraza nos ofrecieron una manta por el frío. El mesero nos dió recomendaciones que fueron muy acertadas. El pan relleno de piña está muy rico. Ruido de una construcción cercana (ajena al hotel) pero después de una hora prudente. Regresaremos.」

「La peor experiencia, Íbamos desde hace muchos años y en su página dice que son pet friendly al llegar no nos recibieron que por qué no reciben perros y que ya han pedido que lo cambien en la página, no vayan a este hotel la Gerente solo expone a los de recepción que no tienen la capacidad De decisión si no quieren pasar un mal Rato mejor váyanse a otro lado.」

「I just want to give 2 stars to the person at the front desk ..because honestly i think they should work on the customer service... at least for the person who attend me on Saturday the 28 around 6 pm . This is not the first time that i use this hotel and i know that they have a better service ... other than that the rest of the service it was pretty good」

「It was the one of the worst services that i got...the person who was attending the front desk.it was absolutely rude and even kind of laziness to attend ...plus the elevator it was out of service and they want us to offer a 3rd floor room with 4 big luggage .. i will never recommend this hotel .. and obviously i will never come.back to this place ....Hopefully the owners put attention on this because is in a good area」
