「staff was amazing, water heater didn't work properly, either way too hot or too cold. we were the only guest at the hotel for a couple of days and even that the breakfast was included , they couldn't bend the rules to let us eat before they started serving breakfast... you can only access the hotel by boat, and it is in the less populated area of the lake, making it harder to move around...」

「Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

「Definitivamente es barato, pero no porque sea barato debe ser asi. No es nada en contra del señor David o su familia. Si son amables, pero llegue a las 2, incluso acorde la llegada y aun asi llegue y el lugar no estaba listo, entras por callejones que no se ven muy seguros, no esta bien señalizado el lugar, además de que no hay regadera, es bañarse a jicara con agua fria. No tuvieron la habitación lista hasta casi las 4 pm. La habitación es muy rústica, techo de lamina, huecos por donde se meten...
