「Qema feels like an arctic oasis, there’s lots of fun spots to sit or explore around their beautiful campus, but you’re still mere steps away from the historical center and many of the tourist sites. I was in the shared female only dorm which was clean, comfortable, and felt safe & secure. Would highly recommend qema.」

「Me encantó la estadía en el hotel, no solamente lo limpio y lo como de las habitaciones, pero Reynaldo fue muy amable me ayudó a comprar mi pasaje de regreso a Lima y me explicó la historia de cómo reconstruyó la casa de su abuelita y como la convirtió a un hotel siendo la casa de su abuelita Irma y por eso se llama así. 「This is a really beautiful property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife’s birthday was on one of the days we were there and they surprised her with a birthday cake. No one told them it was her birthday, they just saw it from her passport and did this on their own. Our room was modern with a great balcony with a great view of the volcano. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa! 」

「Very helpful staff, they helped me to do printing of ticket, to order taxi and to talk a bus company who didn't send me email of purchased ticket. Room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!」
