Great service and helpful staff!

The hotel was in a good part of town and had everything we needed. Excellent wi-fi, a clean bed, very good breakfast, and decent amenities. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff was. When we were considering booking (we had been staying with family and it wasn't working out too well), we dropped in and asked if we could see a room. The reception desk was happy to show us two different available rooms. They also responded quickly when I requested a fan (there is no air conditioning), and cheerfully opened a bottle of wine we brought in, supplying two wine glasses for us. We were there on international women's day and they surprised us with a lovely cupcake in the room. It does appear to have been a while since it was renovated and I would say that the bathroom and carpeting could use an update. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time I return to Arequipa.

Buena relación calidad/precio

Es un hotel cómodo y bastante frecuentado por gente que viaja por trabajo, está a 5 min andando de la Av. del Ejército y 10min del mall Real Plaza. El desayuno es bastante correcto y el personal muy servicial. El único "pero" es si la habitación queda cerca de la av. Cayma, por el ruido vehicular. Además tiene frigobar en la habitación y ofrece servicio de restaurante.

Nos quedamos 1 noche como parte de la ruta hacia el cañon del colca, puno, cuzco, etc. Servicio excelente durante la estancia, cuando llegamos a las 9:00 am nos dijeron que teniamos que esperar hasta la 13:00 la hora del check in, estuvimos esperando y nos dieron la habitacion a las 11:00. Cogimos con ellos el tour al colca, contactando con ellos previamente por correo electronico. En general, todo bien, pero les falto darnos algunos detalles del paquete del colca.

Loved this hotel!

This hotel was great. Loved our stay here. They treats us very well and addressed all our concerns. They do not have a on-site laundry and their laundry service is expensive. The roof top terrace is amazing.
