「Fantastisk plats, jättefina rum och relax. Superfin slottsmiljö. Tyvärr har servicen mer att önska. Under middagen var det bra. Men att beställa från relaxen krånglade och den förbokade frukostpåsen tog tid och den efterfrågade glutenfria blev inget av eftersom vi hade bråttom kunde vi inte vänta 30 min till då det blev ett äpple och ett plommon till frukost.」

「My paperwork said I had to pay for the shuttle bus , but in fact that was not required. I did not receive my room number and code to enter the room.I had to receive this from the recemption when I arrived , it was no problem though.」

「Really nice individually decorated rooms with charming, old-world character. Staff was super nice and addressed an issue we ran into in a satisfactory manner. The listing states lake view, but we only had a partial view if you stand over the window. Overall, the property is lovely, and the restaurant with outdoor seating around the courtyard was beautiful. I would stay again!」

「L'hôtel dispose d'une navette depuis l'aéroport et il est situé à proximité de transports en commun pour bouger sans difficultés! Je l'ai fait avec 3 enfants très facilement Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est très qualitatif et copieux. Enfin un hôtel qui propose des plats sains, bons, variés et nourrissants. 「It does not look like what is shown in pictures. It is a dated property and provides basic facilities. Cleanliness and breakfast options could be improved. For breakfast, even though they have vegetarian options they were not separated from meat options and risking cross contamination. On positive side, frequent shuttle service to arlanda airport and staff was really nice.」

「There were plus and minus. the rooms are from a past era. It was exciting to live in historic building. There were no handicap rooms. perhaps description should clearly state. our room 106 was difficult to bring in heavy luggage. the room shade was missing, which in summer when sun comes up at 3am is not workable the bathroom door would not close completely, the beds were very soft and sagging. there is no elevator for upstairs or downstairs rooms the buffet breakfast was good but food...
