This airport hotel was very convenient for an early morning flight. We also took a train from the Central Station (directly across the walkway from hotel) to Uppsala in the afternoon. The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Yes. Bar very nice with a terrific view of airport. This is a lovely hotel with an excellent location at the Stockholm airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Clean room, good breakfast (we paid extra as it was not included). We attempted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but after waiting about 15 minutes for a waitress, we gave up and ate at the nearby McDonalds. The restaurant was short staffed and seemed frazzled, even though they weren't busy.

Flying an aircraft to Sweden, and stayed here. We didn’t pick it. The owner of the aircraft did. Restaurant was top-notch, both for dinner and breakfast. Room was basic, but clean. Simple access to the airport. Just walk right into the terminal. No need to be cold.

During my stay, none of the key cards in the entire hotel were functioning, which meant I couldn’t get a working key to my room. Instead, the receptionist had to escort me and unlock the door with a master key each time, which made moving around freely quite inconvenient. After booking, I received a welcome email that included a contact address. I tried reaching out, but the email bounced back with an automated reply saying the address was no longer in use—despite it being spelled exactly as provided. The room itself was clean and perfectly fine, though quite basic and not particularly spacious. I had requested a large bed but was given two separate beds instead. The best part of the hotel is definitely its location inside Arlanda Airport, which is very convenient if you’re catching a flight.

Very nice hotel inside the airport terminal. I've been here a couple of times in the past, and this hotel maintains its usefulness for late incoming flights or early morning departures. The breakfast in the Horizon is excellent. Definitely recommended.
