"I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical whatsoever. And again the noise was too unbearable. The staff was lovely though."

"Casa Jacinta was perfect! Walking distance to so many sites, like Casa Azul, Viveros de Coyoacán, and the Trotsky house museum. The staff were so sweet and friendly. I loved having coffee and catching up on some work on the back garden patio. Also in close proximity to plenty of food. You're not close to downtown CDMX, but in our case, that was a plus. A quiet neighborhood option in pretty close driving proximity to the big city. Would recommend highly!"

"Location great. Kind staff. Quiet neighborhood. My bed was a bit hard, is prob my only discontent. Other than that, it was diff from my usual hotel stays. Theres no AC. Wifi kept going out. Glad I speak Spanish, so I was ok watching their regular tv channels. Oh, check in is 4pm, not 3pm. "

"Good: The room was clean. The staff are positive and try to help. The bathroom and rain-shower-head were very good. I liked the plumbing fixtures. The hotel is located on a major bus line (Metrobus Line 1), and is about a 15-minute walk from a subway station. The hotel is near a big supermarket that is open until 10:00 PM. Bad: The first room they gave us was noisy, due to the roof fans that are near all the junior suites. Our suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them. The small empty concrete wading pool outside the front entrance of the hotel is a dangerous tripping-hazard. There are no laundry facilities in the hotel, and the laundry service is very expensive. The room-service catering was expensive too. "
