The moment we checked in up to our departure they were always such a pleasure to speak with very friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. "BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Beautiful and convenient location, lively but still quiet and close to the metro. We booked the luxury penthouse and it was gorgeous with a spacious private terrace. The breakfast was spectacular and offered just about every type of food & beverage you can imagine. Every member of the staff was sweet, friendly and helpful. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the bath was luxurious! They even have Dyson hair dryers!! We could not have loved this hotel any more and stayed until the very last second before checkout. Did I mention it also smells delicious?"

"No airport shuttle. The room vent had a weird smell. Smelled dirty just like the towels. No TV. No coffee or tea, even water. The room was very small and not soundproof. "

"I absolutely loved our stay there! So many cute spaces, clean and staff so friendly. We were greeted with a complimentary drink at check in and ate at the restaurant 3 times. Convenient to have a bakery on site, bar onsite and the decor is so nice! The room was a good size, nice balcony and large shower. Overall the hotel was a highlight of the trip, could hang out there all day."
