"Very nice hotel with large bedroom. Check-in staff were friendly. Just slight unease was the breakfast host who seemed slightly disappointed to see us because we were brown (facial impression was showing what are you doing in this hotel left with a bad taste)."

"The hotel was undergoing work so the whole outside area was out of use which we wasn’t informed about also the air conditioning was switch off due to being out or season so sleeping conditions were hot and the breakfast was so busy with lots of food running out "

"Travelled to Bologna with family including a toddler for work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was nice but small. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast was included and had lots of options. Very close to Bologna Fiere and restaurants, Aldi and parks. "

"The breakfast had pretty good options, from Italian pastries to English breakfast. The only disappointment was the coffee. The property was in pretty good condition, except for the broken shower base. The staff were friendly and professional. "

"Savhotel Amelia Bologna was an excellent experience. We reserved a junior suite, and it certainly was the right choice. Our room was very spacious with plenty of places to put our luggage. The restroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is well laid out and the amenities are top notch. We took advantage of the evening bar, as well as the gym. Both were very nice. The hotel is conveniently located, and we were able to walk to local bars and restaurants. Above all, the best part of this hotel is their service! Annapaola greeted us upon arrival. We had a long day prior, and her delightful demeanor made our evening much more pleasant. We asked for a recommendation for dinner to which we could walk, and she quickly shared one of her own favorites. This was a restaurant that we never would have found ourselves, but was possibly one of the best meals we have ever had. In the morning, she again greeted us as we checked out, and volunteered to hold our luggage and call a taxi after we returned from breakfast, which she did a couple hours later. Service like Annapaola provided is not common, but makes one’s travel experience a 10+! We will not hesitate to return to the Savhotel Amelia Bologna!"
