「The property is undergoing a facelift of the front facade, so there was some construction activity. Additional renovations and refurbishment would help the exterior appearance. The room was clean but small compared to more modern hotels. We appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The continental breakfast was fresh and well organized. We needed a place near the Calera athletic complex for one night, arrived late and left early, and this worked well for us.」

「I wouldn’t stay there again. If it wasn’t that I was going home the next night I would have complained and asked for another room. The water did not get very warm and the drain in shower and sink both drained extremely slow. It could have been cleaner, floors seemed very gritty. Lady that checked me in was nice and welcoming. Price was very high for the condition of room but it was also a college game near by so was to be expected to a certain degree.」
